Metallers, dustiness and mantises are the best option for your level. They have low hp, killing them in 1 stike is a must. Faster kills = more exp/sec.

Probably when you can kill it fairly quickly. Its for people under 98 (I think, since Rideword (Glast heim hall) is lvl 88 and anything 10 lvls over decreases exp). I train there and try not to gain any unesscary base exp lol.
