Dancers and Bards are powerful classes in Ragnarok M: Eternal Love.
With skills like Severe Rainstorm and Arrow Vulcan, they can deal huge amounts of damage to their targets.
However, they are mainly known for their performances and ensembles to buff their allies or debuff enemies.
In guide you’ll learn how to build your Dancer’s stat build, skills, and gears for two builds: farming build (offensive) and a support build (defensive).
Overview
Dancers are the alternate 2nd job class of the Archer class. They are gender based and only female characters can become a Dancer. Their male counterpart is the Bard class.
Dancers can advance into a Gypsy (2-2 Transcendent) then further job change into a Wanderer (3rd job class, a.k.a. Maestro).
They wield Whip type weapons to perform songs and dances that either buff your allies or debuff enemies.
Their dances can be performed alone (solo) or as an “Ensemble” with a Bard. These skills make are useful for a supporting role during War of Emperium (GvG) or PvP fights.
That said, Dancers also have several damage-dealing skills for grinding, farming and hunting.
The two (2) main builds for Dancers in this guide are:
- Offensive Battle Build — useful for Solo Farming and PvP
- Defensive Support Build — for support roles to debuff enemies e.g. in War of Emperium

Battle Build (Solo Farming, PvP)
This build focuses on having lots of damage output.
The Battle build is great for solo grinding—whether you’re farming, leveling up or hunting MVPs and Mini Bosses.
Stats Build
- DEX 99+
- INT 99+
Since Dancers are ranged classes, their primary stat attribute is DEX for the increased damage.
INT will be your second stat for increased maximum SP and SP regeneration so you can spam your skills.
But more importantly, there are two runes that will increase your damage based on your INT:
- Rune that increases Arrow Vulcan damage for each 10 SP
- Rune that gives increased damage for every point of INT
Skills Build
There are three main offensive skills that Battle build Dancers use:
- Dancer — Throw Arrow
- Gypsy — Arrow Vulcan
- Wanderer — Severe Rainstorm
Severe Rainstorm is a powerful AoE skill similar to Meteor Storm by Wizards.
Use Service for You on your auto-skill slots as well. This skill can be played alone and will increase your SP regeneration and reduce your cast times. This will help prevent mana problems so you can cast your spells indefinitely.

Also aim for either the Arch 4th enchantment for more damage, or Morale for more ignore def bonuses.
Full Support Build (WoE, PvP, Farming)
Dancers and Bards are mostly known for their performances and ensembles. These support skills can either buff your allies with bonus stats and effects, or debuff your enemies with status effects such as Stun and Freeze.
This Full Support Build is great for War of Emperium, PvP teamfights or supporting your party and guildmates while grinding. Dancers mainly focus on inflicting status debuffs on enemies although they have buffs as well.
The support Dancer build focuses on survivability—the longer you stay alive in battle, the more you can perform your skills and ensembles to help your allies.
Stats Build
- VIT and INT
- DEX (optional for hybrid builds)
For support Dancers, get lots of VIT for tankiness and survivability.
Pump INT as well so you don’t run out of mana while you spam your support spells.
DEX isn’t really needed that much since support builds won’t be dealing damage.
If you want, you can go for a hybrid build too. Prioritize on DEX and INT to increase your damage, then pump some VIT for survivability.
Skills Build
These are the essential solo support skills that can help you and your allies, or inflict status effects and debuffs on enemies:
- Service for You to increase Max SP and reduce SP usage
- Please Don’t Forget Me for decreased attack speed and move speed
- Scream to stun enemies
- Circle of Nature’s Sound for HP recovery
- Valley of Death to resurrect allies
